The AI zombie trend — also searched as zombie love story, zombie hug video, or AI zombie video from two photos — is a short AI film that spread on TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts in late 2026.
Someone you love has turned. You raise a gun, cry, and cannot fire. You drop the weapon, open your arms, and the clip cuts to a bright memory of the two of you. Creators also run a zombie pet video / pet leap version with a dog or cat.
Genjutsu2 is a browser AI zombie video generator (and broader AI character & pet video generator) that builds this 15-second story for you. Upload two photos, pick Couple or Pets, choose 480p or 720p — no CapCut edit stack and no long prompt required.
The four beats people expect
- Cabin / apocalypse standoff with tears
- Zombie (or pet) close-up recognition
- Gun lowered + leap / open arms
- Wheat-field or happy-memory hug cut
