Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to Genjutsu2 (genjutsu2.video). By using the service, you agree to this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service.

Supported use

Genjutsu2 supports two generation modes only:

• AI / fictional characters — original AI-designed or otherwise original fictional character images you have rights to use
• Pets — pet photos you own or have clear permission to use

Allowed use

• Creating short AI template videos for personal, social, or commercial use when you have rights to every uploaded image
• Non-sexual, non-violent creative edits consistent with our templates

Prohibited content

You may not upload, request, or use Genjutsu2 to create:

• Real-person face replacement, deepfakes, or likeness impersonation of any kind
• Uploads of real human faces used to place a person into a performance video
• Copyrighted movie, TV, game, or brand characters without authorization
• NSFW, pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Content involving minors (anyone under 18) in any sexual, exploitative, or harmful context
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, revenge content, or harassment
• Content intended to defraud, impersonate for harm, or commit crimes
• Hate, terrorism, or extreme graphic violence
• Any content that violates applicable law or third-party rights

Genjutsu2 is not an “uncensored”, “no filter”, or “NSFW” generator. We may refuse or remove jobs that appear to violate this AUP.

Rights and ownership

You must only upload images you have the right to use. Do not upload celebrities, private individuals, or third-party IP without authorization.

Enforcement

We may suspend accounts, delete content, and refuse refunds where this AUP is violated. Payment processors and partners may also enforce their own policies.
